no discipline code. I have been attacked by two 8th graders, one who grabbed my hair while i was writing on the board and one threw a pen in my back. I have been bullied and abused in each class. They called me "Chinese" and gave me all sorts of Chinese names, they would be running and screaming uncontrollably, with no respect for the teacher in the classroom. They made fun of the way I was dressed, of the way I looked, of the way I spoke. There was such terrible noise I felt like fainting since I am an older teacher and suffer from vertigo.The rest of the teachers refused to communicate with me when I asked if there was any particular skill they wanted me to work on. One teacher placed her bag on her chair so I couldn't sit if I needed to.The principals know that there is no discipline and are all over the school trying to keep things manageable. They seem to be afraid of the parents and therefore will accept any behavior the students exhibit.
