    "On the edge of the downtown business district, this area is SUPER convenient. Best of urban living... pedestrian friendly (downtown is a quick walk away), easy public transit access, and easy to navigate by car with lots of parking. W Onondaga St is quiet and safe. City currently reinvesting in economic development zone, which is helping to revitalize the area."
