  • Peter Tawfik
"None. That I am aware of. Area is nice and clean. People for the most part are friendly. Pet friendly "
  • K4w58vdn8d
"Safe neighborhood, older neighborhood that is turning over and great for families. Near local grocery store, post office, fast food and 15-20 from city and great restaurants "
  • Dkufel
"Everyone walks their dogs - all on leashes and all seem very friendly- Very family friendly neighborhood "
  • Firefly12252
"It’s reasonably priced, there are a lot of homes that have large yard spaces and there is a lot of dog owners in the area"
  • Wjguida
"You need to have a car to get around, the village is 1 mile away so I suppose you can walk that distance in good weather. Also you need to be careful when walking because their are no sidewalks in the areas the good news is the park is a short drive away where you can walk safely."
  • Lisa R.
"Our current neighborhood has seen younger families replacing the first generation of those who have lived here since their homes were built, so more little kids/younger children again. From what I understand, Liverpool school district has a robust special needs program for kids and has been the main reason why some parents have moved here, so that speaks well for education. There are many opportunities to involve kids in sports as well as the arts via both school and private programs. We are close to many doctors, dentists and shopping is close as well. Very centrally located. "
  • Adam R.
"Before working from home, my commute was a quick 25 minute drive to downtown. We’re fortunate to have a great highway system that will get you quickly to just about any part of town. "
  • Rensyre
"Busy commute but very tolerable. Some recent construction has made things a bit longer of a commute. "
  • Tristlern
"Underground power lines, no outlet, generally quiet, many have lived here for a long time, fenced yards, right across street from the elementary school."
  • Kennedykatie630
"Neoghbor hood garage sales , and a band in the park on some week nights. On weekends there is craft sales in town . "
  • Jmoltrup
"Great community, great schools. Neighbors are nice and the area is pretty quiet. You can pretty much find anything your looking for within a short drive."
  • Adam T.
"I drive my car. Traffic is usually very light moderate traffic during peak rush hour times. The location is close to New York State I-90. As well as 481 and 81. A number of gym facilities nearby. And multiple employers are also within a tight radius. "
  • Daniel C.
"great neighborhood, great neighbors. safe with signs of trouble, crime or violence. I would recommend this this neighborhood to anyone."
  • Michelle E.

"I live off John Glenn and 57. I don't like the neighborhood but I'm close to everything. The neighborhood is noisy and it isn't safe to walk around here without issues. "
  • Niaja A.

  • Jaime R.
"Nice neighborhood very friendly quiet street some people drive too fast down the road ................"
  • Mamuor12
"Good neighborhood. Nice people. Quieter compared to city. It’s like living in a suburb with city living. My hose is very close to train track. Sometimes I can hear the horn. It’s ok."
  • Esmay
"Safe to walk or ride bike to the Elementary and Middle schools. Sidewalks are somewhat maintained in the winter, by the village. Family friendly events, as well as restaurants, and “first job” places to work. This is a walkable village! Salons, flowers, restaurants, grocery, gas stations, ice cream, coffee shops, dentists, parks and playgrounds, all within walking distance. Charm!!"
  • Pamela P.
"I just moved in this neighborhood and I love it here! There is always parking and I love my new apartment ! "
  • Esmay
"Lots of local small business. Everything in the village is within walking distance. Well patrolled by the police department. Nice sidewalks on almost all streets. Good school system."
  • Liz h.
"Nothing people keep to them selves don't even know their names. They don't want to be involved in anything. Old and crotchety that's the kind of people that live around here. No body even likes each other."
  • Carolyn c.
"I’ve lived here my whole life. It’s all I know and it has great schools. It’s a nice area to raise a family. Lots to do in the area. Very central location throughout the state."
  • Jeromesmallwood
"Live in the Oot Meadows neighborhood. No real traditions but overall a really good community. Homes are decorated during holidays of Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. "
