    "there are several parks around. a Tops hidden, tucked away in the northeast neighborhood; stumbled upon by accident. roads need LOTS of attention in the area, unfortunately. You'll hear the physical occasional rant / domestic dispute or police siren but folks are respectful for the most part, save for the occasional poor street-parking displays. "
