The classes are too big, they shouldn’t exceed 10 per class, I was in a class of 22. They used to get me in trouble and send me home for nothing. Some staff were bad, not supporting freedom to choose field trips or not. Some staff raise their voice. Some were decent. I wanted to be treated as a adult and they said no. They would not let me do certain things because I was 11 when I left. 9 out of 10 Would Not Recommend.

Both of my special needs children attended Charlton Heights and were treated respectfully and received a stellar education in all subjects and with the addition of special needs services above and beyond. I would also mention they have a best in class Occupational Therapist, Kathy Kindl, on site, a special SOAR class for those special needs students who need more than other similar students, and special sensory space for those that crave sensory stimulation. Our time with Charlton Heights gave my special needs children a solid emotional and educational start in life. Forever indebted to them.

They claim that they care about there student which is father than the truth. It’s extremely click! If your not part of the click then the teacher and Aid take on there students and start bullying your child. As much u advocate for your child they don’t care !

My son is very happy here, he always wants to go in and is happy when he is picked up.

This is an amazing program that works with students to nurture their self-esteem and facilitate social development while providing an individualized education plan.
