    "It's a great neighborhood. I know my neighbors, we look out for each other. It's close to everything. Restaurants, shopping, downtown. It's a convenient place to live. It's on the upswing, lots of investment. A great place for kids, there's a splash pool in a park on Eastern, a playground on Windsor Terrace, Vale Cemetery has trails and a playground. It's an under estimated area."
