"Dog owners would love the near by parks. There’s plenty of space for the dogs to run around. I’m sure a clean dog owner, who takes care of business by picking up after their dog, wouldn’t like to see the mess other irresponsible dog owners leave behind!"

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI worked here and would not recommend this school for new teachers. While it is not a bad school for students, the work environment for teachers is challenging. There is little to no collaboration among staff, and teachers are largely on their own. Despite this lack of collaboration, teachers are still evaluated negatively on collaboration, which feels unfair. Overall, the teachers are not welcoming, and resources are not shared.Teacher Review4mo ago3 Reviews - School For Environmental Citizenship

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI believe that the school is under a wonderful transitional period. The school was just appointed a new Principal Jabouin aka "Mr. J." this September. I find he has brought some new an innovative things to the school such as: A dental van visit, an anti-bullying rally, a Trip to the U.N., guest speakers: Bx DA, NY State Assemblyman, and others as well. I haven't seen or heard of any safety issues at the school. I have found the Principal to be very available to everyone. He is often at the school late when the after school program is going on. Come and visit the school for yourself and draw your own opinion. My child will be coming back next year!Parent Review9y ago3 Reviews
