"There are several designated areas to potty your dog. Poop bags are provided and disposal containers are strategically placed. There are several neighbors who have dogs. Dogs are usually on a leash when being walked."

"I have lived in this neighborhood for just over 2 years and love the atmosphere. During my Saturday morning runs I get to see amazing views of Vegas from the side walk. There is also a newly finished biking/walking trail that connects providence to south Summerlin without ever having to ride on busy roads. I’m happy with my choice of finding a home to raise my family here. "

"I have lived in this community for 5 years. It is very quiet and nice neighborhood. Since it was new development. Commute to groceries and shopping used to be little inconvenient. However with multiple new shopping areas have been developed, it gets only better by the day."
