    "The 4th of July is always loud and lively. Seems like everyone is putting on a major show in their backyard. Halloween a lot of houses decorate and a lot of children trick-or-treat. Houses are also decorated for Christmas ."

    "Neighbors are friendly, You can walk the neighborhood at any time and feel safe. There good schools in the neighborhood. It is a master planned development built in the last 25 years. The homes have larger back yards then whats available now in new homes. It is located in Henderson, NV which has the 6th lowest crime rate in the Nation. Shopping, Movie Theaters, Hundreds of Restaurants, Churches of all denominations, Casino's, and parks are all located within a one mile of my home."
