5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has really went downhil in the recent years. As someone previously stated the main principal doesn't help with anything pertaining to your children. When you voice your concerns she turns it into her whole life story and she quickly becomes defensive which doesn't solve anything. Our child was telling us daily that he was being bullied and they pointed the finger at him. They give your child sugary doughnuts and have unhealthy snacks that other people bring in without any warning or consent. Not all of the teachers are bad but the one we had experience with was more worried about our child liking her or her being a bad teacher than what was going on with the bullying. Grow up it's about the children and not who likes you as an adult. Our child went from loving school to hating and begging not to go everyday. This school can be great with the right leadership.Parent Review1mo ago15 Reviews - Bugg Elementary

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a previous student at this school, It was alright but it’s really just about focusing just like the students, Always uneducated, playing around and teachers really don’t do stuff about it. Also the teachers are always boring not enough engagement or entertainment just really expects us to learn just by talking and talking making our education depending on us.Other Review2y ago15 Reviews - Raleigh Christian Academy

2/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school is a complete joke. No structure, a lack of effective strategies, and more. It's like roaches, what I witnessed this morning they look just like roaches scattering yelling and pushing and fighting and acting belligerent these are elementary kids y'all. And the teachers sitting or standing there with her hand on her chin she didn't get up until she seen me watching. Definitely the type of teachers that are only there for a paycheck and hopefully I can get my child transferred out of this school because I think it's not a good school. I think it causes what may be a good child to maybe have a not so good experience because of the environment that I seen today iand many other days. Almost daily I'm getting a report of something where my child is misbehaving but from what I seen today this school is definitely a majority of the problem. I sent the principal notifications of my child coming home saying that they was hit and no teacher contacted me I reached out to the principal and got no responses and this was after 3 or 4 times that I had already spoke to the principal and was promised that it would never happen again and it has happened several times. 7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy son was a student here for 3 years and fell behind with many of the other students. The teachers barely meet the minimum curriculum needed for the age requirements of the state. Physical fights in classrooms and bullying are very common here. I removed my child from this school and he has been excelling academically, socially, and emotionally. This school will only hold your child’s potential back. I highly recommend not going here.Parent Review3mo ago1 Reviews
