    "WE HAVE DOG STATIONS WHERE THEY HAVE TRASH CANS & POOP BAGS FOR PICK UP BUT MOST NEIGHBORS CARRY THEIR OWN ... THERE IS NOT MUCH TO DISLIKE EXCEPT EVERY NOW AND THEN YOU MAY HAVE A COUPLE OF STRAY DOGS IN THE EREA BUT WHAT NEIGHBORHOOD DOES NOT HAVE STRAYS ON AN OCCASION ..."
