I have nothing but positive things to say about my Alderman Bear Family! My children are learning so many new things. They have truly advanced and matured this school year. I love their teachers, everyone is real supportive. I don't have anything negative to say about this school as of yet. Parent of Kindergartener and Pre-K student.

I previously worked at Foust and, unfortunately, found the experience deeply concerning. Staff morale was notably low, and there was a general lack of support and respect both among colleagues and between staff and students. Leadership appeared disconnected from the student body, often unaware of individual children's needs or even their names.One incident that stood out involved a student who experienced a personal accident and was not provided any assistance by the administration. The child remained in soiled clothing for the remainder of the day, which I believe reflected a lack of empathy and proper protocols.The overall environment was marked by staff burnout, which negatively impacted both instruction and student engagement. Additionally, the curriculum did not align well with age-appropriate standards and was not effectively designed to promote learning and development.Based on my experience, I would recommend exploring alternative educational options that prioritize student wellbeing and a supportive school culture.

This is one of the best schools I been in

Teachers get frustrated with my autistic daughter. It shows every morning at 7:20am. They walk right by her as if she doesn’t need assistance getting to class. She learned how to pinch last year. Her teacher last year said he wouldn’t be able to assist my daughter this year. But peck elementary school still teamed him up with her. If he doesn’t want to work with my daughter, that is a hand full.. why put her back with someone that wants nothing to do with her? She has two new teachers this year reached out to them both on dojo.. No response! I see them everyday at school, early in the morning.. car rider line…I’m leaving a review because no responses in dojo!I don’t not recommend this school to anyone with autism. I checked her out on Monday. They ladies in the office had the phone on speaker phone. My kid special ad teacher answered being very s sarcastic “Ohhhh REALLY” then started to laugh with the office chicks. A joke wasn’t said! That’s the funny part about it!

Its a nice school with a lot of activities.
