    "the neighborhood itself is very inviting and appears to be safe. I will not have a problem wearing my uniform going out of my door or to my car. there is a warm and fuzzy feeling that I get from the area and it is convenient to everything Food Shops entertainment and especially downtown"

    "lots of dog owners. it's nice to see everyone walking their dogs. occasionally someone doesn't use a baggie but it's rare. lots of stray cats though from renters moving and leaving them behind."
