    "Lived here for fifteen years. I'm only moving to be closer to my family. I would rather live here. I have seen Canada Geese, many birds, squirrel,some deer, foxes, although I have not personally seen them alive I have seen dead, racoons and possums. We live in an area that has a deep respect for wild animals."

    "Very safe, neighbors are warm. Lots of proud homeowners that take very good care of their homes. Great schools. Cary has consistently been in the top four cities to live in the entire USA. Close to Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, UNC Chapel Hill, NC State University, Duke University. Great Health care facilities. RDU, and RTP."

    "We have lived in this neighborhood for 28 years, raised two children and have been very happy. No HOA but very friendly neighbors who work hard."

    "We have been in this area since 1982. Perfect location for Seniors, with a lot of one floor ranch homes. For families with kids, schools are less than 1 mile (Elementary) 1.5 miles (H.S.) and 2 miles (Middle School). The Western Wake Hospital is 3 miles, with lots of Professional Offices and shopping centers, the Cary Towne Center is 2 miles. We have a family park within blocks from all neighborhood homes. Great 5 mile Greenway path through 3 neighborhoods. This area is adjacent to Cary Parkway, US 1 and 64 and 4 miles from I-40. "
