"We’ve lived here for 1.5years and love it - even though we’re young in this established neighborhood, everyone is very welcoming and kind. Lots of dogs and families!"

"We've lived in this neighborhood for 7 years and love it. You can walk to Trader Joe's, lots of restaurants, Starbucks, Duck Donuts, Goodberry's, and more. A short bike ride to downtown Cary and the Whole Foods shopping center. Lots of young families and everyone is really friendly and looks out for each other."

"We love the benefits of this little-known neighborhood. Walk to Trader Joes/shopping, greenways that connect for miles, wooded lots, bike lanes, good schools. Not a transient neighborhood; we buy to stay here!"

"Kildaire Farms was one of the first planned communities in the US, developed in the 1970s. There are miles of marked bike lanes, greenways, and pretty wooded areas. Walk to Trader Joes and other shopping. Houses are small by today's standard, but great for first-time buyers or folks that want character in their homes. A lot of diversity in the elementary and high schools."

"I have lived here for 4 years and it is a very safe, family neighborhood with sidewalks, a Kid Park, open fields, small lake, tennis courts, basketball court, pool, close to shopping and resteraunts, very pet and walk friendly."
