"Halloween is always fun with lots of people trick or treating. People decorate their houses and sit outside with firepits to hand out candy. For Halloween and the 4th of July there is a neighborhood parade and the kids have fun decorating their bikes and parading through the neighborhood. "

"I drive most of the time. There are buses on major streets near by which can get to the metro train but it not convenient to where I need to go. This neighborhood at least has consistent public transportation options"
