"This is a great neighborhood for families. The only problem is that the schools in the area are not the best. Private school fir most children. "

"Lots of dog owners. Small dog park in the reservoir park. Lots of residential streets to walk a dog. "
  • Ashley G.
"Quiet residential neighborhood. Near lots of restaurants and bars. Can get loud at night sometimes, as we are near the hospital and ambulances travel through the neighborhood. "
  • Nick
"Lots of others walking their dogs every day. Friendly people. Safe place to walk. Traffic is high on some streets so care with dog on a long lead must be taken. "
  • Hribal

"Nothing much. I just lived here for 2 years. To me it is just another neighborhood. Nothing bad. I just go to work and come home most of the time."

"This specific area is very friendly and is a traditional neighborhood in the sense that the neighbors are on a first-name basis. They have parties, neighborhood meetings and are very watchful of anything out of the ordinary. With the park across the street (Water Tower park), this is a gorgeous, safe, artsy neighborhood."
