    "This specific area is very friendly and is a traditional neighborhood in the sense that the neighbors are on a first-name basis. They have parties, neighborhood meetings and are very watchful of anything out of the ordinary. With the park across the street (Water Tower park), this is a gorgeous, safe, artsy neighborhood."
