"Some parts are better than other. Definitely needs some love. The community is great though. Commuting is okay. Kingshighway is forever a cluster. Overall if I could rate, i would give it about a 6. Good place to start but not ideal for long term and family building. "

"I walk everywhere and it is fairly safe. There is a pretty strong drug presence in the area as I have seen used needles in the street but that is prevalent everywhere in South St Louis."

"This area is located very close to Holly Hills and Carondelet Park. The elementary school is within walking distance from this home. Public transportation is less than a block from this home. Nice quiet neighborhood. Most residents have lived here for many years."

The staff are excellent and they have instilled values in my son that reinforce our family values. The kids go on at least two field trips power year to se real world applications of their studies.
