Our daughter has attended St. Marks for over 6 years. I feel that Christian principles run like a thread through all academic classes and extracurricular activities at St. Marks. Our daughter is receiving a top notch education in a caring environment.

Most Sacred Heart School in Eureka has been a true blessing in our lives. When looking for a school for our children we found much more than expected at MSHS..We wanted smaller class sizes and more one on one attention for our children. We thought these were the most important issues when moving from a public school but we soon realized we were gaining much more. The principal greets me and my children at the door every morning with a hello and a smile! Sometimes Father Joe is there with a giant hug, making the kids feel loved and at home! The teachers line the hallways with waves and encouraging words! Every single employee makes you feel special and welcome. The teachers work extremely hard to make sure every student is reaching his/her potential. MSHS has the resources to accommodate my children’s needs. Another wonderful thing to see at MSHS is the relationship the students have with each other. It is amazing to watch the patience, compassion and kindness they all have for one another. They respect themselves as well as everyone they interact with.We have no doubt that our children are in the right place to gain the educational and spiritual tools for the best start in life.
