"You’ll definitely hear at least 3 cop sirens a day. Not somewhere to raise a family, but if you’re moving in with your boyfriend / girlfriend and this is the first apartment in your name, the rent is reasonable."

"Being so close to the lakes lots of people come to walk their dog around the lake or take them to the local dog park. It’s very dog friendly, however, if you have an anxious or reactive dog it’s very busy and can easily become overwhelming. "
