My two older kids just finished their 3rd grade and kindergarten years, respectively. The school is adorable, in a beautiful setting. The teachers are genuine and warm. My kids are excited about what they are doing at school. I need to specifically shout out Ms. Sue, the music teacher, who is awesome. Also the music residencies (I really loved the class performances for Japanese taiko drumming, and African drumming with Brother Ghana). Very integrated! So many different languages spoken, and the teachers make it work! Strong sense of community -- VERY active parents/volunteers. PTA raises a lot of money -- this is a premium public school. I love how much learning they do outdoors, with so much nature available nearby.
