"By bus it’s a 30 minute ride to downtown, 30 minutes to the Lansing Mall. By car it’s just about the same. Traffic is pretty reasonable. Overall my neighborhood is pretty quiet, neighbors aren’t overly friendly but we speak and for the most part keep to ourselves. While there are quite a few dog owners, doggos aren’t noisy nuisances."

"it is full of horrible kids and teens who are disrespectful and mean, they destroy any property and steal"
  • Tashara A.
"Most our wires are underground... so we are usually the last to lose power in the city when there are major storms. "

"very diverse and close to work. Education is important and the commute wouldnt be as bad. Walking to work would save a lot of money! "
