    "Quiet neighborhood, yet near everything. 15 minutes to downtown, 5-10 minutes to restaurants and the mall. Christian, Catholic, and Public Schools within walking distance. Eastgate neighborhood has an association with optional dues (not required). They do host free events every summer--dumpster days with electronic recycling, a pig roast with the Eastgate retirement community. Beautiful tree-lined streets. Friendly neighbors that say hello as you pass by. Great family atmosphere. Low crime rates!!"
