The culture at Mark Murray is one that every parent should want for their child. Respect, responsibility, care and cooperation are taught explicitly and expected from each student. Students work well by themselves and others and learn how to be brave by being assertive yet open minded when it comes to others ideas and opinions. Teachers have high expectations for their students and go above and beyond when it comes to differentiating instruction.

I would agree with everything others have responded with and shared. The climate of the school has progressively worsened over the past 4 years or so. I think most parents remain because the school looks 'pretty'. There are more students than the school is equipped or competent to handle. The attitudes and behavior of staff and leadership is horrendous and most times inappropriate.
