"It doesn’t have to be heavily patrolled by police. The neighborhood folk seem to be more social than most places I’ve lived. Neighbors mind their own business. It’s also comfortable to know that you have to actually take a drive in order to buy alcohol. In most areas liquor stores are easy accessible to minors. My neighbors are not apprehensive about being cordial and doing neighborhood activities."
