This school is horrible . They put our grandson who is autistic on a bus even though his parents were picking him up . Their child was missing for half an hour . They didn’t know where he was . Parent’s worst nightmare .

I had to come on when I saw there were no recent reviews, as we absolutely love this school community and it has become such an important part of our family's support system. My son started when he was 2, and is currently 5. Bridges has created an environment where he is completely at ease and free to learn confidently and independently, while also learning to be a part of a community that relies upon one another. The staff is wonderful, it is clear how much passion every single teacher has, and it is so heartwarming to know that the entire staff knows my son by name, and always has a smile to greet him with. He is becoming a happy, capable, caring, and proud boy, and to see the relationships that he has built with both adults and peers is such a joy. The focus on nature and agriculture has also been amazing for my son, and is so regulating and calming for him. He enjoys gardening, taking care of the chickens, and is attentive to the world around him. I adore how they get time outdoors in almost all kinds of weather, and it is giving him such an amazingly unique experience. Bridges is truly a hidden gem. I highly encourage families to tour and see what they have to offer!

Administration is not supportive of the parents. Expectations depend on who you are.

This school was awful when I attended (I graduated here), especially in the middle school. I was harrassed, bullied, and tormented for my entire middle school years, and the principle could care less, if anything.. they protected the harrassers and attempted to make it seem I was the problem. A large portion of the teachers are not very kind to students, and one I had mentally abused me and my peers everyday for that entire year, with the teacher just non-stop screaming at us for anything. That has affected me horribly, with my conscious assuming that any teacher, staff member, or principle will scream and get irritated at me for asking anything. The education is okay, but nothing very special. This school doesn't support special education, or they barely do. The parents are mainly involved for donations to the school or volunteer hours.. that's about it.No, I do not recommend putting your child(ren) into this school.
