"It’s not a safe neighborhood to walk your dog ..the streets are not well lit, there are a lot of hoodlums in the area ..and hobos live at every bus stop .."

I cannot simply ask for information from the school. If I want a copy of anything, I need to figure out where to find it (e.g. IF and where I need to log in or if it is on the website or email) and then make myself a copy. Office is no help.
