I requested a team's meeting back in 2021 due to me seeing signs if something wrong. I expressed over and over to them that my child needs an IEP plan or even a 504 plan. They are no help. They do not want to accept the responsibility of my child being behind because they are blaming me for attendance and attendance is not the case my child missed 12 days throughout in entire school year due to Flu & Strap Throat Twice. Come to find out I am not the only parent that's fighting for help. My child is entering th 3rd grade and still no improvement and she's constantly being taught and remind at home. She can't grasp basic concepts hence of the learning disability come in AT.Parent Review2y ago3 Reviews - St Pauls Lutheran School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSt. Paul's Lutheran School has been the backbone and foundation for my children's development spiritually, emotionally and educationally. St. Paul's has been a wonderful community to be a part of for the last 14 years and it has been the best decision our family has made for the growth of our children. Thank you St. Paul's for everything you have done for us! May the Lord bless you always!!!Parent Review5y ago9 Reviews - St. Stephen School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur experience at St. Stephen School was ultimately not the right fit for our family. While there were caring individuals within the school community, we found the classroom environment difficult to navigate at times, particularly due to peer dynamics and behavioral concerns within a very small grade structure. With only one homeroom class per grade level, classroom composition becomes especially important, and there is understandably very little flexibility when a particular mix of students proves challenging socially or behaviorally. We experienced multiple incidents involving aggressive peer behavior that extended beyond what we personally considered typical childhood conflict. While we understand that all schools and classrooms face behavioral challenges from time to time, we often felt concerned by the frequency and intensity of certain situations and did not always feel confident in the consistency of how they were addressed. After transitioning to another private school environment, it also became clear to us that our child had not been academically challenged to the degree we had originally expected. The difference in academic expectations, classroom structure, and overall educational rigor was noticeable. For our family, it became increasingly important that our child feel consistently safe, supported, emotionally settled, and academically engaged within the school environment. Ultimately, we made the decision that a different educational setting would be a better fit moving forward. As with any school, fit is highly individual, and another family may have a very different experience depending on their child’s personality, peer group, and classroom dynamic.Parent Review1mo ago37 Reviews - Trinity Lutheran Christian School & Early Learning Center
