"I lived in CV for years (in two separate locations. I loved living there. Everybody spoke to one another. Everybody was friendly and people looked out for each other. It has a very nice ethnic / social mix, making it quite diversified."

"Bolton Hill is a quiet gem in the heart of Baltimore. Many little gardens, parks, and play areas. The neighborhood is beautiful all year round. "

"There are many parks that are great for dogs. I have also seen a woman walking her cat on a leash. I would say there is a strong community of dog owners"

"Living at Spicers Run at Bolton Hill is like having your cake (Historic neighborhood, near Baltimore’s cultural district) while eating it too (lots of permit free parking for owners). Spicers Run is an ethnically diverse neighborhood where getting together for a shared meal with neighbors still happens. "
