"very dog friendly, but no dog park nearby. very green and plenty of pocket parks but traffic can be a bit alarming at times, cars tend to go rather fast down the Baltimore north south streets"

"Dog friendly with 3 dog parks within 3 blocks of my home. Leash laws are followed to the letter of the law and dog owners are fun and friendly."

"Unknown. The area is full of dog owners and they seem to be fine with walking their dogs in this area. "

"I’ve lived in this area for the last 5 years. People are generally and genuinely nice. I’m moving in the next year or two to purchase a home though "

"Great mix of people, neighbors are friendly and socialize together. Very engaged community, walkable to restaurants, transportation and nightlife."

"My best friend lives a block away and she is ready to move due to the high crime in the area. She does not feel safe there as a single mom with a child. It's noisy too being in the arts/entertainment district. A lot of drunks wandering the streets at night."
