Here's the edited version:If you're considering this school, you might as well save your money and enroll your child in a public school while supplementing with Kumon, Russian School of Math, private tutoring for extracurriculars, or a private tutor. The administration is ineffective, lacks leadership, and the academics are so watered down that they hold little value. Without a strong leader, the school has declined.The school experiences constant turnover of inexperienced teachers, with no real credentials required to move from grade to grade—for example, from a pre-K aide to a third-grade teacher. This lack of structure and consistency in staffing severely impacts the quality of education students receive.Given the cost, you'd expect higher standards and greater academic rigor, but this school simply does not deliver. Parents seeking a well-managed and academically robust environment should look elsewhere.

Ever since my oldest daughter was born my husband and I have viewed our children's education as top priority. We realize that means a side from their academic needs, a well balanced approach educating their emotional and spiritual selves was also a must. We found first baptist when my oldest was entering 6th grade, our middle child 3rd and youngest kindergarten. All three were met with exactly what they needed, academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually. As a parent, it was hard for me to delegate such an important task, so I spent as much time as I was welcomed to spend at the school helping in whatever way I could, getting to know people and what my husband and I found was the sweetest community not just for our kids but for our whole family. Ve met some of my dearest friends here. First Baptist does have outstanding academic rigor, personalized approaches, but if you invest, you will find a community you didnt even know you needed. My oldest daughter recently graduated out of 8th grade and was academically, socially and spiritually prepared for so much opportunity. We are so grateful for this school and what its come to mean for our kids and our family.
