"Great schools with caring and thoughtful teachers who care about their students and spend their own money to help their students thrive."

"It is a very nice, sought after neighborhood and with great schools. We are close to public transportation and Boston. There are great local restaurants and lots of family activities nearby. There is a beautiful 2 mile walking park around a lovely pond with picnic area less than a mile away. We have a brand new public library less than a mile away also. Weymouth also has a beach and delightful walking park called Webb Park."

"Friendly and neighborhoods are safe for the dogs. Several parks to drive or walk to. Easily accessible for owners to walk with the street lights on the main or the side roads. I’ve even seen some dog bag poles throughout certain parks which is great to keep everything clean. I don’t personally have a dog but i have seen plenty in the neighborhood to know the neighborhood is welcoming of them"

"Easy access to highway into the city and carpool fast lane avoids traffic. MBTA bus runs locally and efficiently and subway and commuter rail is close by. "

"We have block parties in summer. Sports events at the schools are very popular and extremely well supported by not just parents but friends and neighbors. Trick or treat is a big deal with all neighbors enthusiastically decorating outside their homes and participating when the kids hit each doorstep for candy. Christmas is special too with packed churches and beautifully lit and decorated homes. "

"Minimal. Meta bus route and commuter rail also easily accessible within the town. East access to etc 3, 3a, and other backroads to get to boston without needing to get on the expressway. "

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHere's the edited version:If you're considering this school, you might as well save your money and enroll your child in a public school while supplementing with Kumon, Russian School of Math, private tutoring for extracurriculars, or a private tutor. The administration is ineffective, lacks leadership, and the academics are so watered down that they hold little value. Without a strong leader, the school has declined. The school experiences constant turnover of inexperienced teachers, with no real credentials required to move from grade to grade—for example, from a pre-K aide to a third-grade teacher. This lack of structure and consistency in staffing severely impacts the quality of education students receive.Given the cost, you'd expect higher standards and greater academic rigor, but this school simply does not deliver. Parents seeking a well-managed and academically robust environment should look elsewhere.Parent Review1y ago9 Reviews - Sacred Heart Elementary School
