"Really nice place to live. Very low taxes compared to neighboring Oak Park and Elmwood Park. Walk to Metra. Quick bus to Green Line. Quiet, safe, convenient to shopping. Home to many professionals, city police, firefighters, school administrators, city hall staffers. and empty nesters. "
