"Nothing that I really know about. It’s a great neighborhood. Just don’t know anything about it. I’m sure it’s a wonderful neighborhood."

"Easy. Main thoroughfare with the 1, A, 4, and 6 buses if I need to go to meetings downtown. I work at UH so I also can walk easily. "

"Sometimes dog owners do not use the dog collar. Small dogs are okay, but big dogs are scary if people are not familiar with the animals."

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for over five years. It is decent. Best thing about it is its convenient, close to shopping areas, freeways, and eateries. It does have pockets of crime, but nothing you won’t find throughout the island. I can’t see myself living anywhere outside of town."

"Too many homeless people make it impossible to have bbq at the stadium park. Location is not as good as before. Police has no control regarding the menacing act of homeless people in our area."

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am really pleased with Prince Kuhio Elementary School. My daughters really thrive from their experiences there. I am shocked at the low rating. The test scores are not the only indicator of success. My daughters have actually scored higher since attending Kuhio Elementary and I think the teachers and administrators deserve a lot of credit for making school fun and engaging for the keiki.Parent Review2y ago6 Reviews - Our Redeemer Lutheran School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating Average*Rating only on the Punahou Campus Preschool* The Punahou campus of the preschool has fantastic teachers who are caring and loving; my child wants to go to school every day and gets extremely excited when we arrive. It isn't very big or fancy, but it is nurturing and big enough for my child. There may be principal involvement, but I have only seen the principal at this campus once. The former director was fantastic, so hopefully they will bring her back or get someone equally engaging.Parent Review14y ago1 Reviews
