    "Neighborhood private park. Neighbors look out for each other. The neighborhood association has various get togethers throughout the year if you pay your annual dues. They also help each other out by keeping the entrances tidy and cleaning up debris on sidewalks. It’s mostly safe if you keep your house and car locked at night or while you’re away. I wouldn’t walk around at night though."
