"I lived in the neighborhood for 3 years. I love it. The neighbors are friendly and the few children that are on my block seem to play very well. Not once have anyone called the police or had any incidents on the block. very quite and lay back. we know one another and often have our longest conversations with each other during yard work or taking out the trash."

"I live in the area and just moved here. Pretty quiet, easy access to all main roads - Truman Parkway, 80 and 16 is only a few minutes away. Markets close Target and Home Depot too."
