Excellent staff and teachers, well led by Dr. Mulholland. Exceptional teaching, makes kids inquisitive and get hands on experience. Magnet school with great space and robotics program and clubs. They make learning fun!! Kids love it

My son has been at Idyllwilde for 3 years. He has grown so much through his leadership skills and has become a very reflective student. I believe it is because of the IB PYP and Leader In Me magnet focus. The teachers are amazing and highly trained. I would recommend this school if you are looking for a challenging education for your child.

My daughter attended for one year. It’s okay; safe and adequate. There were some things I did not like. There were several instances that a substitute teacher told a kid to “shut up”. I reached out to Principal Windish by email 3 times and never was responded to by him. After the 3rd email, someone I cc’d had replied and said the teacher apologized to the students, but my daughter said that didn’t happen. It didn’t appear to be a big deal to them. Pros, the front desk staff is so kind. The teacher my daughter had was kind. No school projects or events or family participation for the whole year though. There was one field trip but we were told about it the morning of, no info sent home ahead of time, so she didn’t go. Overall it was adequate, no big issues. The staff that handle carline do an incredible job! It was very efficient and quick.

Excelente escuela. De verdad no tengo nada malo que decir. Tengo a mis dos hijos en ella. Mucha comunicación, limpieza; los maestros que les han tocado con muy cariñosos y atentos con los niños. Mucha dedicación y profesionalismo. La encargada del restaurante es una persona adorable. Maestras de Esol y terapistas son personas muy profesionales y adorables. A mis dos hijos le encanta! Recomiendo siempre esta escuela. A+++

This school has the most unprofessional front office receptionist and administrators Ive ever experienced. They are extremely rude and unkind when it comes to family engagement. Being that this is the first impression of the school outside of appearance, you would think they would get their act together. Would not recommend. And they also try to make it hard for minorities to enter here as well all while having minorities working for them. Its ridiculous. 0/10

I recently had the displeasure in the application process at LMP. They asked my child to come in for a shadow day. They evaluated him as someone who is not interested in learning. Is this possible from a shadow day???? Perhaps the teacher was not that interesting to listen to, or engaging? I tried to contact the school to discuss this further, still waiting for response. LMP was not a first choice school for our family. There are better choices in the Orlando area.
