6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageVery disappointed in this school. there are a few teachers that are not very good at teaching and they act like children themselves. The school will penalize a child for missing school due to tragedy and devistation. The teacher my child has now doesn't teach she spends most of day chitchatting . my child is struggling with a few subjects andand I've reached out several times for materials to be sent home to help but she hasn't sent anything home or communicated anything. My child is being denied tools and materials that are desperately needed ! I've sent emails and left messages with staff members at Belcher trying to communicate that my child is struggling and trying to get the help needed and no one is responding. my child deserves much better!!! I will be reporting this school!Parent Review5y ago14 Reviews - High Point Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMost staff are great, the principal on the other hand is the worst principal that school has ever had. She won’t solve any bullying issues or any other issue a student has. Recently my cousin and my own sibling had gotten injured in this school and they did not want to let us review the camera footage of how they got injured saying it was due to “privacy violation”. Though the FERPA allows to. This school is alright, the principal is not. I do not recommend this school solely because if your child encounters any problems and a parent decides to confront the principal about it, she won’t help at all.Other Review4y ago8 Reviews - Frontier Elementary School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOur children were harmed by inadequate ESE supportFrontier Elementary failed to appropriately support my children with disabilities. Despite the school receiving sufficient and comprehensive IEP documentation, the ESE team minimized their needs, reduced services, and placed them in general education settings that were not appropriate for their disability profiles.During multiple IEP meetings, we asked what additional supports or options were available and were repeatedly told that nothing more could be offered. Access points were never discussed, and related services—particularly speech therapy—were reduced compared to what had previously been provided. This lack of appropriate placement, services, and meaningful discussion resulted in academic and emotional harm to my children. Families of students with special education needs should be aware that strong advocacy may be required to ensure their child’s needs are truly met.Parent Review4mo ago8 Reviews - Blossom Montessori School For The Deaf
