    "Sandlewood High School is right up the road, friendly neighborhood with much potential. There was quite a few flips in the area within the last 3 years, all great upgrades, especially for first time buyers. 295 I right up the street, the beach, Jax Beach is 6 miles away. Love the area very affordable "
