"I've lived here for almost a year,and I can confirm this is a neighborhood worth to live in. Streets here are often well-lit, there are a bunch of community events, and in holidays you can see the holiday spirit our neighborhood is glad to have. I'm proud to say that I feel safe because I know the friendly neighbors here want to keep this community as secure and nice as we enjoy today. My sincerest greetings to whomever this may concern."

"I have live here for 2 1/2 year just because I have fallen on hard times. the neighborhood is not friendly, repeated crimes daily and nothing is done. strong gun violence, and continued drug problem. please unless you really need place PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF"
