"We have friends who have lived here for years. It's a quiet area with lots of historical oaks trees, great for walking and the neighbors are very friendly. We are trying to buy here but property for sale is rare. I would recommend this area to anyone from a family with young children to retired adults. Market value seems to steadily increase compared to other areas of Jacksonville. "
