Magnolia Park

"I am new to Clearwater and am currently renting a condo near the downtown area. It's a mix of Beach town and city. I like it so far. There is a lot of hype about the Scientologists, but I have lived here now close to 6 months and have not been approached by one yet. Sometimes I see what appear to be homeless people walking around, but they mind their own business. Not necessarily a "walk around" town unless you in exactly downtown, which is very small."
