"This location is actually very central to Safety Harbor, Dunedin, Countryside, and US19. 90 seconds to the grocery, 5 minutes to Westfield Shopping Center area, 8 minutes to Safety Harbor, and 15 minutes or less to either Tampabay or the Gulf of Mexico. Walkability / bikeability is actually pretty good.
