6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThree of my children have attended this school. They have received a vastly superior education to the one I got at another school locally. I can tell by the conversations they have with me about their studies and the fact that much of what I learned at university, they have learned buy 10th grade. There are a variety of ways to access college-level courses. There are some teachers who have been better than others, but there have been none whom I have any reason to think are not capable or not acceptable for any reason. We had a bad experience with one of the sports programs a few years ago. But that is far from a deal-breaker. I actually think the school dealt with the situation, but I'm not sure. My son was injured by another student on campus last year. When I talked to the school about the incident, I feel that the assistant principle handled it in the best possible way. My kids are not special-needs. They are mixed-race. I see that great-schools has this school listed as a 5 of 10 stars. I do not completely understand how that computation is calculated, but I can't imagine a public school being much better than this one. Our family being zoned for this high school has been such a tremendous advantage for my family.Parent Review4mo ago21 Reviews - Morikami Park Elementary School

10/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMorikami Park Elementary School isn't a bad school, but there were some weaknesses such as the staff's response to bullying and the staff taking care of us. For example, when my son was in 4th grade, he was being bullied, so he wrote about what was happening and sent it to the principal, but, they didn't do anything to stop the incident until the very last day of school, when school ended. Also, when my son went to the nurse after getting hurt, the only thing they would do was just give them an ice pack wrapped in a brown paper towel. If you're or feel sick and you go to the nurse, you'll go home. Some of the teachers are mean and get mad over students not doing their I-Ready for the week, but most of them are kind great teachers who teach reading, writing, science, and math. Some lessons are good, but half of them are stuff that we won't use in life like writing a central idea. The campus is alright but they throw great events like parties, after-school events, and others. They also have a couple of after-school activities like cheer, dance, and others. The lunch was alright according to my son but is better than the average school lunch in the U.S., so I recommend you get the menu and if they don't like it, you can pack them lunch. They also have good field trips like Animal Kingdom(4th), Washington D.C(Safety Patrol), Museums, and others. Classrooms are also great for a learning environment. The uniforms are not bad but can be very expensive and the school is kind of strict with the dress code. During the day, they have Fine Arts, which are, Spanish, Mandarin, and Innovation Lab, which are all useless. But, they also do P.E., Art, and Music. During recess, they have 2 playgrounds, 2 fields, 1 turf of fake grass, and one basketball court with a backfield, which are all good. But, in 2020, they banned soccer and football because they were "getting hurt", but that's just how those sports are played. Otherwise, it isn't a bad school, but it's better than other elementary schools in Palm Beach County.Parent Review1y ago31 Reviews - Hillel Day School Of Boca Raton

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school's main strength is the amazing facilities, but do not let that amazing first impression fool you. Basically, if you care about secular education, you will be very disappointed. If your priority is religious education, you will be happy...but probably wished you sent your kids to Torah Academy.Parent Review8y ago11 Reviews - Boca Prep International School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’ve had a very negative experience with Boca Prep and would not recommend this school to any parent. The administration and staff are extremely unprofessional. The superintendent does not take accountability when she’s wrong and chooses to ignore concerns rather than address them. Teachers have lied about students, including my own 3-year-old, which was very troubling and unacceptable.Since my son started at this school, I’ve faced constant problems. The financial department clearly cares more about collecting money than about the students. I was supposed to be reimbursed for a payment, but despite ongoing communication, they never followed through. Instead, they took the amount directly from my security deposit. When I called to discuss this, the financial department representative yelled at me and hung up on me, which was extremely unprofessional. On top of the financial issues, my son did not learn anything meaningful while attending. The quality of teaching is poor, and I was not the only parent who felt this way. Other parents expressed the same concerns about the lack of learning and the unprofessional behavior of the staff and superintendent. In fact, one superintendent left and the other was fired due to issues with students and parents. Most of us ended up moving our kids to other schools because Boca Prep was not providing the education or environment our children deserved. This school is not beneficial for children, and parents should beware before enrolling their kids here. It’s so bad the turn Google reviews off.Parent Review7mo ago34 Reviews - St. Andrew's School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWent here for high school. Full of snotty rich kids who are image-obsessed. Teachers are pretty okay. If a student is struggling for whatever reason, there is little to no help provided (Which is crazy considering how expensive tuition is!). Also, barely any diversity. Do not recommend.Other Review4y ago15 Reviews - Addison Academy
