"It’s a nice area to raise kids. But the neighbors are not very neighborly. There are constantly pet owners walking their dogs on your property, even after asking them not to, that let them defecate on your property without picking it it. I’ve lived here for 28 years l,and there has never been less trick or treators than in the past 5 years. There has been an increase in car burglaries in the past few years as well "
