5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThere is not enough resources for kids with special needs and the teachers don’t seem to be prepared enough either. My child had two teachers leave mid school year that were special educators, my child has been secluded in class, my child has been misunderstood. When I moved to this town, they had the best ratings, now looking 3 years later, their rating has dropped to average and no one has even given a rating for special education. They need more diversity and need to practice inclusion. My son is not getting all the help he can get and forget about looking for child care during the summer for autistic children in the area, there is none. You better plan on hiring a baby sitter or getting a family member to watch your child. And whatever you do, do not take your special needs child to NEST daycare located in Middlebury. They are the absolute worst. Call them and tell them your child is special needs and see what they say for yourself.Parent Review2y ago5 Reviews - Bunker Hill School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe best!!!! Students in this school more than meet the highest expectations. The teachers are loving, kind and supportive. It is family from the principals, teachers, pastors, support staff and that is the bonus your child gets while learning at blessed sacrament. The best of the best!Parent Review8y ago15 Reviews - St Mary

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageA wonderful alternative to the public schools. St. Mary's offers great academic preparation and a small, supportive community. Yes, it lacks some modern amenities (i.e. cafeteria, their own gym), but your child will not be allowed to fall through the cracks here. Children are held to a standard of behavior that is no longer allowed in the public school. In short, St. Mary School will help you to raise your child to be a moral, caring person in addition to providing a solid academic grounding. What St. Mary's offers will become especially apparent in the middle school years, when your child's educational experience will be light years ahead of what the public school provides.Parent Review12y ago7 Reviews - Chase Collegiate School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageSending my son to school here with the biggest mistake of his life I’ve ever made letting him stay. Here was the second biggest mistake I ever made. We will be leaving after this year and I pray he’s not too far behind from his experiences here. This is supposed to be a hands-on magnet school. The only hands-on they have is on their laptop all day every day.Parent Review3mo ago12 Reviews
