"Too many dog owners all their dog to bark and bark and bark. Not cool. If your dog is left outside, and barks when other dogs pass by, it will be non stop barking"

"Great place to live and raise a family. Unfortunately houses prices are high but if you can afford the area it is definitely worth it. "

"The Wash Park neighborhood is a great place to raise your kids. It is home to a broad mix of ages and the properties are generally well kept. The proximity to the park encourages daily walks or bike rides. I have lived in several different areas of Denver and have enjoyed living in Wash Park the most."

"Wonderful place to live with just a beautiful park, tennis courts, play areas and large open spots for volleyball or group picnics. Always something going on and always people out and about on bikes, roller blades etc..."
