"Nothing. It’s old and needs residents that will keep up the maintenance on their homes. Lots of break ins and theft here. "

"Have lived here almost a year and where I live is shady not just the area but the people also. Sidewalk on only one side of the street and street lighting is almost nonexistent. Very dark most of the time along with the apartments are almost never lit. "

"We love how friendly people are. A nice mix of working-professionals, some military singles and families, as well as police families. A small dog park is not far. Lots of short walking paths, and frisbee golf course. Nice sized homes and a Children's 4th of July Bike Parade."

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageCommunication is poor. When one speaks to teachers almost every day, one expects to know what is going on in school. My sped kid was bullied by other children; staff is physical with children -not going into detail, as I want my review to remain. Negligence plays a part in the bullying environment, all instances of student bullying are not known by staff; no attention is paid to kids when on the playground. The staff reacts physically to scared, sped students trying to flee v calling parents, my child experiences this and I saw it happen to others. I came here from a news story of parents suing a school for what my child went through, over and over, before I became aware. SPED children are treated as a nuisance and they're not assisted as needed to learn -anything. I truly believe this school and staff are unconcerned with their students' success, and negligent in every role related to caring for the education and safety of children. It is now a couple of years out and we are still working through the fallout of my child's experience at McAuliffe.Parent Review10mo ago19 Reviews - Evans Elementary School

5/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe have 2 children at this school. One is Developmentally disabled and on an IEP our students are supported and encouraged in so many ways. They truly are a welcoming supportive environment for all students. When we couldn't get supports for our student at a different charter school we moved them to Evans, and he got the supports and things they needed to be successful. Our students love going to school and seeing all the supportive welcoming staff.Parent Review1mo ago8 Reviews - Mccoy & Little John Center

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy experience as a Current Cadet in Colorado Military Academy is really wholesome because when I first entered I was really excited that I was going to go to CMA and I was really excited to learn new things about the school. When I first entered, everyone was really nice and trustworthy. I really make new friends, they were really nice to me. It's a great school, it has new things every year, Its a really safe school for your kids. The staff its really funny, caring, wholesome and trustworthy. The staff is very funny, they would cheer your day up with a blasting joke. I would describe Colorado Military Academy Community as a very safe community. They would always look at the Cadet's safety, they would always do that. It's a really safe environment, there's no bullying, no bad stuff, they always take good care of their Cadet's. The teachers are really supportive, very helpful, very caring, very kind and mostly very trustworthy. You can trust every teacher, no matter what. If you have a problem they would help you solve it. CMA is a great school for any kid or high schooler, and I think that every parent should enrolled their kids in Colorado Military Academy because it is not just only a school, but also teaches you how to make goals, work in a team, and how to build good leadership skills.Student Review3mo ago44 Reviews
