    "I've lived in Penrose for two years now and love the area, everything is close and neighbors are really nice. Keep to themselves, but friendly if you need help. Great place to retire."

    "The area is good for horse or animal lovers. The county is only allowing homes or doublewide mobiles in the areas. No singlewides of any year or style are allowed. The area consist of half gravel and half paved roads. There is a huge mix of home types in the area. In 20 years it may become a more sought after area. The local folks do not want to be incorporated like the county would like it to be."
