    "Commute is nice and reasonable. Hardly a whole lot of traffic that I don't notice. Sometimes there's busy days where 225 goes to 25 and it's super slow. "

    "I've lived in this neighborhood for over 5 years. I moved here so that my daughter could attend Cherry Creek School District's award winning schools and their incredible teaching staff. We are immediately adjacent to the Denver Tech Center; homes are still affordable here yet we're close to restaurants, lots of open space, parks, trails, a large reservoir, the LRT and shopping. Incredibly central."
